Enhesa saves time with user-friendly ERP software
Enhesa was working with outdated software that did not suit a service company. After a health check, Dynappco implemented NetSuite as a single financial system, with consolidation across all entities.

01 · The challenge
Outdated software, consolidation by hand
The whole team at Enhesa was working with software that was outdated and not really suitable for a service company. The financial administration was heavier going than it needed to be.
The structure of the business added to that. Data had to stay isolated by entity and by role, while management wanted quick access to consolidated information across all entities at the same time.
02 · The solution
From proof of concept to one central system
The project started with a health check, followed by a proof of concept and a few workshops. These soon made it clear that NetSuite was best aligned with the way Enhesa works.
Dynappco brought the full financial administration together in a single, centralised system, with reporting that respects the separation by entity and by role. When Enhesa later acquired a new business, the same approach was repeated for the new entity.
- Invoicing and sales management
- VAT returns
- Purchase orders and expense reports
- Consolidation across all entities
- Reporting by entity and by role
- A second implementation after an acquisition
Before
- Outdated software, not built for services
- Consolidation took work every time
- Figures spread across entities
After
- One system for the full financial administration
- Consolidated information readily available
- KPIs and cash position at a glance
03 · The result
Smoother work, on time and on budget
Daily tasks run noticeably more efficiently, and the CFO gains quick insight into important KPIs such as the cash position. The intuitive interface played a large part in that.
Both projects stayed within the set timing and budget, with the same consultants from start to finish. The integration after the acquisition was supposed to take three months and was rounded off even faster, while the costs of the migration were kept neutral.
Dynappco manage their projects really well. Absolutely no complaints.
