What it is
One platform. One shared view of the business.
Rather than separate accounting software, a CRM, a warehouse spreadsheet and a reporting tool bolted together, NetSuite runs finance and operations from one shared data model.
-
One customer, item and financial record shared across every function
-
Real-time dashboards instead of month-end report building
-
Cloud-native, so capability arrives continuously rather than through disruptive upgrades
-
Configurable to a business model rather than forcing a business to adapt to rigid software

A long-term ERP foundation
Why growing organisations choose Oracle NetSuite
Selecting an ERP platform is not only about solving today's process issues. The organisation also needs a system that can support new entities, countries, channels, services, and reporting requirements without repeatedly replacing its core technology.
The objective is not to implement more software. It is to create a more coherent way of running the organisation.
-
One unified cloud platform
Finance and operational teams work from a shared platform rather than maintaining multiple versions of the same business information.
IT example: A production order automatically updates inventory, costing and the general ledger without a separate reconciliation step.
-
A single source of business information
Transactions, customer activity, projects, inventory, and financial results can contribute to one consistent reporting environment.
Finance example: Finance no longer reconciles CRM, billing and general ledger data separately before closing the books.
-
Designed for international growth
NetSuite supports organisations operating across multiple entities, currencies, tax structures, and countries.
Finance example: A new legal entity in another country is added within the same consolidated group structure.
-
Scalable across business stages
The platform can support an organisation as its structure, transaction volumes, reporting needs, and operational complexity increase.
Operational example: The platform supporting a single site today can support a multi-site, multi-entity group later, without a system change.
-
Continuous platform development
Cloud delivery provides regular product updates without requiring organisations to manage traditional upgrade projects for the core platform.
IT example: New capability arrives through scheduled releases rather than a multi-year upgrade programme.
-
A broad solution ecosystem
SuiteApps, integration technologies, and specialist solutions can extend NetSuite where specific operational requirements justify them.
Operational example: A specialist warehouse or manufacturing requirement is addressed with a SuiteApp rather than custom development.
-
Role-based insight
Dashboards and reporting can give finance, operations, management, and other teams information relevant to their responsibilities.
Finance example: A CFO sees the consolidated cash position while a warehouse manager sees only the inventory data relevant to their site.
Architecture
Where does NetSuite fit in your architecture?
Bring your core processes together, build a shared finance foundation or deploy NetSuite for selected entities within a larger group. We help you choose the setup that fits your business and existing systems.
-
One ERP for finance and operations
Bring finance, purchasing, inventory, orders and other core processes into NetSuite. Replace separate applications where it makes sense, so teams work with shared information and connected workflows.
-
Connected to specialist systems
Keep the applications your operations depend on, such as warehouse, transport or manufacturing execution systems. Connect them to NetSuite so operational activity flows through to finance.
-
A shared finance foundation
Support a Shared Service Center for finance across multiple entities. Centralise accounting, supplier invoice processing and reporting in NetSuite, while connecting the local operational systems each business needs.
-
Two-tier ERP for group subsidiaries
Keep Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or another enterprise ERP at group level, and use NetSuite for selected subsidiaries or business units. Connect local finance and operations to the group’s reporting, intercompany and governance requirements.
-
An independent platform for carve-outs
Give a separated business its own finance and operations platform. Move the required data and processes into NetSuite, with a phased transition away from the former parent’s systems.
We help you define what belongs in NetSuite, what stays connected and what to implement first.
NetSuite Next · AI-first ERP
Meet NetSuite Next: A more intuitive way to work
NetSuite Next puts AI at the centre of the suite: a new Redwood interface, Ask Oracle for plain-language questions, and agents that do the work.
-
01 · Ask Oracle
Ask it in your own words
Search, navigate, analyse and act across your whole NetSuite dataset from one conversation. It works across your customisations and the SuiteApps you run, not only the standard screens.
- Natural language
- Across SuiteCloud customisations
- AI Canvas and ad hoc dashboards
-
02 · Agents
Agents that close the books and match the bank
Release 2026.1 ships the first wave: an Intelligent Close Manager that flags blockers across subsidiaries, AI bank transaction matching, report narratives in plain language, AI-assisted pricing, and planning and reconciliation agents in EPM.
- Intelligent Close Manager
- Bank matching
- Customer 360
- EPM agents
-
03 · Open by design
Your own AI, connected safely
The NetSuite AI Connector Service speaks MCP, so Claude, Copilot or the agents you build yourself can read and act on NetSuite data, within the roles and permissions you already manage. Developers get a SuiteCloud assistant that writes SuiteScript from a prompt.

- Role-based access

04 · Where Dynappco comes in
AI is only as good as your setup
Ask Oracle answers from your data model. Agents follow your processes and your permissions. We get both ready: clean master data, roles mapped, the standard where it holds, and one use case per team with guardrails, so the first answer is a right one.
Built-in AI

Dynappco assists enviolo with NetSuite environment migration

FAQ
NetSuite, answered
Not here? Ask us directly..
Is NetSuite right for a company our size?
It scales from scale-up to multi-entity group. We help you judge fit honestly in a short discovery.
How is NetSuite different from SAP or Dynamics?
One cloud-native suite versus heavier, stitched-together stacks. Faster time-to-value, lower IT overhead.
Why Dynappco and not another NetSuite partner?
Consultants with process depth, one team from advisory to years after go-live, and the Cronos ecosystem when NetSuite has to connect to the rest of your stack. Local compliance is handled, we just don't lead with it.
Is NetSuite only a financial system?
No. Financial management sits at the centre, but the same platform also covers procurement, inventory and the warehouse, orders, supply chain, manufacturing, projects, CRM, commerce and analytics. What you switch on follows your business model, not the software.
Do we need to implement every module at once?
No. Most groups start with finance and the processes that hurt most, then add scope per phase. What you add later sits on the same data model, so there is no second migration.
What about local compliance like Belgian VAT?
Belgium-ready compliance, including VAT and VIES, is part of how we deliver.
How long until we go live?
It depends on scope. We phase the rollout so you go live in months, not years.
Do you support us after go-live?
Yes. Support and optimization continue long after launch, by the same team.
Can we retain specialist applications?
Often yes. Where a specialist system genuinely does something better - a WMS, an MES, a planning tool - NetSuite becomes the backbone and we connect it. The question we ask first is what that integration costs you to maintain.
Is every NetSuite capability included in the standard licence?
No, the suite is modular. Some parts are licensed separately, EPM for example, and SuiteApps have their own cost. We map the licence scope before you commit, so nothing surprises you after go-live.
