NetSuite ERP Support consultant
Dynappco is looking for a motivated NetSuite ERP Support Consultant who is ready to work with different customers and eager to learn about the NetSuite ERP application.
After an intensive training in NetSuite you will join our dedicated NetSuite support team. As a support consultant you will be handling questions, incidents and change requests from our customers.

01 · Your role
The first to help when NetSuite needs attention
You analyse and solve the tickets our clients raise. You like to dig into a problem until you understand it, and when there is no standard fix, you come up with a creative workaround. For change requests, or to solve an issue, you design and configure the NetSuite solution yourself.
You are the bridge between the client and the NetSuite support team, and you care about the client's experience: you want every client to have the best possible time with NetSuite.
- Analyse and solve tickets raised by clients
- Design and configure changes in NetSuite for change requests and fixes
- Document solutions and workarounds in our knowledge base
- Assist clients when NetSuite updates roll out
02 · Who you are
A problem solver with a feel for business processes
You have a master's or bachelor's degree and experience analysing business processes in finance, purchasing or logistics. You learn new business processes and applications quickly, and you bring a strong work ethic to every ticket.
You communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Experience with ERP implementations is a plus
- An affinity with IT (JavaScript, web services, HTML, SQL) is a plus
