NetSuite ERP Support consultant<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Dynappco is looking for a motivated NetSuite ERP Support Consultant who is ready to work with different customers and eager to learn about the NetSuite ERP application.<\/p>\n

After an intensive training in NetSuite you will join our dedicated NetSuite support team. As a support consultant you will be handling questions, incidents and change requests from our customers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Your Role<\/h2>
    \n
  • You analyze and solve tickets raised by our customers<\/li>\n
  • You are eager to investigate and solve problems or define creative workarounds<\/li>\n
  • You actively design and configure the NetSuite solution in case of change requests or in order to solve a problem.<\/li>\n
  • You document solutions or workarounds in our knowledge base.<\/li>\n
  • You assist our NetSuite customer in case of updates.<\/li>\n
  • You have a bridge role between the customer and the NetSuite support team<\/li>\n
  • As a professional you are customer driven and want to achieve the best possible NetSuite customer experience for your customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Qualifications and Education<\/h2>
      \n
    • Master or Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n
    • Experience with analysis of business processes in finance, purchasing or logistics<\/li>\n
    • Experience with ERP implementations is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Fluent oral & written communication skills in Dutch and English<\/li>\n
    • Affinity with IT (javascript, webservices, HTML, SQL, \u2026) is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Ability to learn new business processes or applications<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills and work ethic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
