NetSuite ERP Support consultant

Dynappco is looking for a motivated NetSuite ERP Support Consultant who is ready to work with different customers and eager to learn about the NetSuite ERP application.

After an intensive training in NetSuite you will join our dedicated NetSuite support team. As a support consultant you will be handling questions, incidents and change requests from our customers.

Your Role

  • You analyze and solve tickets raised by our customers
  • You are eager to investigate and solve problems or define creative workarounds
  • You actively design and configure the NetSuite solution in case of change requests or in order to solve a problem.
  • You document solutions or workarounds in our knowledge base.
  • You assist our NetSuite customer in case of updates.
  • You have a bridge role between the customer and the NetSuite support team
  • As a professional you are customer driven and want to achieve the best possible NetSuite customer experience for your customer.

Qualifications and Education

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with analysis of business processes in finance, purchasing or logistics
  • Experience with ERP implementations is a plus
  • Fluent oral & written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Affinity with IT (javascript, webservices, HTML, SQL, …) is a plus
  • Ability to learn new business processes or applications
  • Excellent communication skills and work ethic
